If a building consent was issued for the works then you will need to complete the works, pass a final inspection from Council, then apply for a Code Compliance Certificate. We can help in the whole process if requested from finishing work or putting right incorrect work.
If you have building works that required a building consent and did not have one then a Certificate of Acceptance is required.
